Aristolochia clematitis

The birthwort (Aristolochia) pictured in the link below has been growing in my yard for the past 2-3 years and has finally flowered. I believe it to be Aristolochia clematitis, which I remember once having ordered but of which I subsequently lost track (doh!). One source (GardenWeb) says the roots are invasive. Should I be concerned? It's kind of a pretty little thing.
