'Dreaded'? I don't get it. It is so easy to remove. I have had both of
these plants about 4 yrs & yes both travel (one reseed, the other tunnels) but I
have Husker Red, some geraniums, Allium (coerula & drumstick), Asters,
Alchemilla, Ageratina aromaticum 'Joicus', Callirhoe, Aquilega, Campanula,
Caryopteris, calamintha, Chelone, Dianthus, Digitalis, Linium, Centaurea, Lobelia,
Potenilla, Nepeta, Platycodon and even Hosta reseed. Aquilega & allium are
becoming a real problem and I have been trying to rid my garden of Campanula 'Joan
Elliot' for some years. Addicted as I am, I fell for Cherry Bells last year
which will be another problem. I am now at the point I must get rid of a number
of different poppie & larkspur which I love but enough is enough.
Early spring I dig OL for a garden club plant sale, some for containers
and leave a bit for the garden.
