Dianthus Barbatus Question (sweet williams)

Hi Group...enjoying the posts and have a question for you as well.
I have a area in my yard that was hit by a fire that came through and we cut down the trees that were affected and I have been replanting this area with wildflowers, and other plants from my backyard as well...by far the best flowers in my burned bed were the sweet williams. I also had success with daisys, bachlor buttons, anthemis, feverfews, lupins, honesty, gloriosa daisys, and pinks of all kinds...other things as well that I can't think of out of my head! Anyway, after 4 years of planting this area it looks fantastic and the sweet williams really shine...they do like burned soil (potash?)alot!! I ended up with so many of these, but found two colors that I didn't have alot of plants...(must of seeded to these colors) and I'd like to know how I can KEEP these few plants true. I thinik I probably need to not let these seed at all and possibly move them in my backyard beds and out of this wild area. Or, I can take cuttings and am not sure when I should do this....any advice from you would be appreciated!
It is unbelievable how you can restore and area...this is called my "burned patch" and you can't tell that it is at all after 4 years! I did seed trades for years and it finally is showing for my time and efforts...
any advice on this problem I have would be appreciated!
