I have ordered seeds from Thompson and Morgan.  I have tried just the basic
festuca glauca.  But they were great.
Also last year I bought some packets at Home Depot (of all places!) for
pearl grass, black tip wheat, quaking grass and snowy woodrush.  The seeds
were by Plantations Products (Plantationproducts.com) Norton Massachusetts.
I started the seeds this year.  All but the snowy woodrush sprouted and the
plants look good.
