This is the third year for Kent Belle which I planted in two different areas of my garden. It has remained a clump, as well behaved as many perennials... no sign rhizomes. Unfortunately, I haven't seen much bloom from it as the deer seem to come visit at just the wrong time... It's on their favorites list, and if I don't keep the new growth sprayed with repellent, they munch the tops.

Kitty, I have heard but not verified that it does not spread. I have
considered trying. I am such a sucker! I do love the Waterfall.
