Hi, Nancy...it's good to hear your 'voice' again!
My dogs unpredictably nibble on the strangest things so I don't plant
anything in the back yard which could really get them into trouble. I've been
warned that Rue is significantly poisonous so have avoided it but it's a real tug
at the heart.
The real quest is that lovely pale blue-y glaucous foliage that rue and
Aquilegia ssp.lottaflab (joking, here), which stayed perky all summer although it
bloomed only in the spring, unlike what one site said about going nearly
until frost. That got my attention but it's probably another lavish exageration.
Does anyone know of other blue/green glaucous foliaged plants..which aren't
poisonous?
Many thanks...and nice talking with you again, Nancy!
