Does anyone know why flowers in my garden would bloom at least a week
later, than what I see elsewhere?
I am in Zone 5, and the flowers in question are on the South and North
sides of my house. Both beds are in full sun, for the most part, and
the ones that I'm looking for right now, are Shasta Daisies (Alaska),
Dianthus (Bath's Pink), and Scabiosa (Butterfly Blue). I've seen some
of these blooming in other yards. Also, my bearded Irises have just
started blooming, and seem to have been in full bloom a week ago.
