Re: Angelonia

Hi Dee:

According to the 1997 Logee's Greenhouses catalog, Angelonia
angustifolia is a native of Mexico that "yields tall, dense spires of
deep purple flowers from spring to late fall. Enjoying abundant sun,
A. angustifolia can easily be grown in containers or in the summer
garden." They list the plant in the 'Home and Conservatory' section
of the catalog, and further indicate that it grows to about 1.5' tall
and tolerates minimum night-time temps. of 45 degrees F. Hope this
helps.

Happy trails.....
