No, Susan, I sure don't know where to get Centranthus ruber "Atrococcineus".
So sorry to have made you lust for a plant you can't find. Hope someone else
knows. I have catalogs that sell the red, white and rose Velarian, as do our
local garden centers. If you do find "Atrococcineus", please let me know. I
myself have been looking for the dark pink "coccineus" for several years.
