The coneflowers and black eyed Susans should bloom this year, but they are fall
bloomers. Mine open in August and keep going until the frost finishes them off
above ground. They are also prolific self seeders in my garden. If all the
seedlings in my garden make it to adulthood, I will have enough to cover my
entire front yard.
