For me they come through with a symbol indicating html code. If
I open them, which I often don't, I am asked whether to open as
a regular mail message or as an html page. I always select
regular mail message and the text is strung out farther than my
mail software can read. So I just delete them as well.
Presumably you are using a <snerk> Microsoft package -
Explorer? See if there is a way to send normal email without
the bells and whistles. That should solve readability problems.
