I have become especially fond of rose campion, though I know it is a
prolific
self-sower. The silvery, furry leaves do similar blending
things as stachys but I also like the height and those hot, dark
pink/magenta blossoms.
I don't know either of those plants, but I will check them out. I am always
looking for something new and silvery. I don't mind things that self-sow.
In fact, I like them. Maybe as my gardens get bigger, I will change my
mind.
