Herb perennials?

Have read for the past 2 weeks the information sent on this list with great
interest and have learned quite a bit.  I shall be patient with my new
perennial flower garden that is 3 weeks old today.

I too, have a gardening journal in which I put in information on what bugs
are attacking what, when I have fed things, photos of the garden month by
month comparing the garden to last year, etc...

Is a discussion on herb perennials allowed on this list along with flowers?
 If not, is there an herb list available to which I may also subscribe?
