What's your fear of attachments? I exchange many many work files with
colleagues by using attachments. Some folks' messages seem to come with
automatic attachements and if that's a problem for you, simply trash the
attachment before you open the message. The two are not connected (at
least in my e-mail program). Then you can open the messages without fear.
