Borage has has saphire blue flowers, definitely
not purple, and pretty foliage, but boy does it
SPREAD. The good thing is it never quits until
hard frost.

I almost forgot that my favorite "weed" Chicory
has sky blue flowers. Take all
the ideas that people have sent in, fill in the
gaps with some annual Texas
Bluebonnet lupines and some plantings of
BRIGHT BLUE and soft blue Lobelia and
you have an amazing garden!
