Boy are you going to get a list! I like Sydney Eddison's "The Self-Taught
Gardener", believe it was published last year. She also wrote "A Passion For
Daylilies". She is from Newtown, CT and I like her philosophy on gardening.
My other favorite book is: "The English Flower Garden", by William Robinson,
who is considered one of the pioneers of perennial gardening. Of course,
there are no color pictures, they are black & white. The book was first
published in 1933 I think.
I know Rosemary Verey has quite a few books out.
