.Heritage Perennials is a big Canadian producer of high quality perennial
plants. Their book has lots of excellent pictures, lists hardiness zones, and
growing conditions (sun, shade, etc) but is really just a slightly extended
version of the tags they put in the pots. I have a copy, but I really bought it
just to keep track of what they produce. It is handy to carry around to
nurseries however if the plants they are offering are not very well described
on the tags or if you want to verify information.
