Re: Kiwi vine


Maybe I missed the original posting on kiwi vines, but here are some
suggestions for someone looking to grow them -- take a look at the
following websites:  www.oneworld.com and www.eat-it.com.  Both are
nurseries that sell kiwis (both hardy and fuzzy) and have considerable
information about culture for every variety they sell.  Also,
look at the California Rare Fruit Growers (www.crfg.org) website for their
"fruit facts," as there is a very detailed one on kiwi.  I wrote an article
on hardy kiwi for National Gardening Magazine that came out in February of
this year, it might be in your local library, but if Dot has more
questions, I might be able to answer some of them.
