It may be more expensive where you are - it's about twice what Pat pays for
it at the source where I am.   Around here, it is in every garden center/
DIY store, like Home Depot or Lowes.  They would likely be less expensive
than a garden center.

One of the other plusses I find with Milorganite is that my local herd of
deer hate it. If I fling it around my borders, they leave the plants alone.
 Re-seeded what passes for our "lawn" and applied a bag and a half of it -
deer have not been to the west side since....garden did have a rather
Milorganite flavor for a couple of weeks:-)

It is rather high in nitrogen, so not great for encouraging bloom, but just
what grass wants.
