The real moral of this story is that when you are writing special
instructions, assume that your order will be filled with the person with the
least understanding of basic English. The more complicated you make the
instructions the less likely they'll understand what you mean. Actually,
this is a pretty good rule for giving instructions to anyone about anything.
I wonder if that order had the word "orange" underline" so that when they
went to assemble the order, the word "orange" was all they could remember?
(I thought sure you were going to say the replacement order was all orange
too!)
