Re: Garden Phlox


I find that if I remove the spent flower heads before they set seeds, mine
just keeps on blooming. You can cut back to just above another pair of
leaves somewhere down the stem. Look at the leaf axils and you may see a
bud forming for a new flower stem...cut there.

If I wait until they have set seed and the seeds have started to mature to
cut back, I might not get more bloom...may just be my plants, tho'.  Others
will surely have different experiences.
