That's how I feel too.

We may have to do something like this eventually. I believe the ones doing
the damage are minors and would probably get off with a slap on the wrist.
Of course the parents are encouraging this. The police department in our
city knows about this family but can't do much just because they are
terrible neighbors. No law against that, as I've been told.
As to my other neighbors who will join in -- only 1-2 so far. The rest of
them, their solution is to yell obscenities at the people, purposely run
over stuff they leave in the street, etc. I understand their frustration,
but that surely doesn't solve the problem.
How long have they been up to this
It's been distinctingly noticeable this year, I am sure because we were
prevailing in our efforts with the local authorities to put pressure on them
to straighten up and keep their familiy problems to themselves.

For mine is a little old fashioned garden where the flowers come
together to praise the Lord and teach all who look upon them to do
likewise.
