For years I ordered faithfully from Wayside and I can honestly say that I
never had any problem that wasn't properly adjusted (replaced/refunded) -
Actually very few problems at all. They certainly have wonderful pictures
that whetted my horticultural appetite.
That said, I've since found that if I carefully shop the specialty
nurseries (Woodlander's, Forest Farm, Heronswood, Arborvillage, to name
only a few), I could usually find the same thing at a much cheaper price
and of equal quality.
