Val,
I can't speak for Susan but be sure I will NOT order perennials from J & P
again. I had been satisfied in the past with the roses I received from them
so I never considered their perennials would not be as nice. I ordered last
spring, received part of my order in late May, the rest was backordered.
None of the plants I received in May survived, it had gotten too hot and they
were very small. The backordered plants I received this spring, again very
small and they are struggling compared to other plants I set out at the same
time. These are at least surviving but their growth rateis very slow, only
about 4 inches tall now...after being planted almost 2 months.
On the other hand, I had also ordered some groundcover roses and they are
doing beautifully.
Hopefully others have had better luck than I did :}
Marsha
