Howdy all... I'm trying to identify a Tricyrtis that's growing at
my Mom's place, but I'm not having much luck.
It has been blooming for a couple of weeks now (same time every year --
mid-June) in zone 5a USDA. The flowers are yellow with brownish-maroon
mottling, borne upgright either singly or in clusters of up to five.
I've put a picture taken last weekend up at
http://www.mallorn.com/~lindsey/horticulture/tricyrtis.jpg
It's 76K, so a smaller one (25K) is available at
http://www.mallorn.com/~lindsey/horticulture/tricyrtis-mini.jpg
The larger one is really worth it if you can see it -- the detail is
much better.
Thanks for any help!
Chris
