fox tail lilies

I'm at work and can't remember the botanical name of these plants. 

Have you grown them?  What was your experience with them?  Where is a good
place to buy them?  Can you buy SPECIFIC colors, typically?  I saw a pale
yellow this weekend in a neighbor's garden that I fell in love with.

Any help is appreciated.
