Re: Daylily H. Flava or Lemon Lily


Now, now. If you are looking for a tough plant for an inhospitable spot, or 
are putting in a hot coloured garden with lots of reds, oranges and yellows, 
there's nothing wrong with common H. fulva.
It grows along the roadsides here too, but despite this most gardens have a 
patch of them, usually retrieved from a ditch in the area.
And as I said before even though H flava is almost as common as H. fulva in 
this area, I can't legally ship them to the US.
