Re: worms in cannas


Bacillus thuringiensis (Bt) should do the trick once you actually see
the caterpillars...they have to eat the sprayed leaves to activate
the bacillus that does them in.  It stops them from feeding...is
non-toxic to anything but caterpillars.  Can generally be found at
most garden centers or DIY stores with garden sections..plus through
catalog sales and likely via the web.

the lesser canna leaf roller.  While information specific to your
caterpillar would be grand, expect that what is said on this page
about life cycle and controls will be applicable.
