Horticultural Therapy?

Hi to all the UK based people on this list - can any of you help me out with
an address or phone number for a charity I believe is called horticultural
therapy? They use plants, gardening etc to encourage mentally & physically
handicapped adults to relate to the outside world and possible as therapy
with 'damaged' children. I saw a paragraph in a gardening mag a few months
ago, but can't locate it now. Typical.
