I found two packets of Delosperma x cooperii 'Table Mountain' in drawer and
sowed then this winter, the seeds were three years old so my expectations were
reasonable high for success. Well, four seeds germinated in about 10 to 15
days, one was all white-that died and one was red, that is doing well now but
has turned all green, then after 5 weeks another group of 8 seeds germinated
and more are starting now. The problem is that the first plants are large and
smothering out the new seedlings. Any one have any experience with taking
cuttings from Iceplants and would like to send a few helpful hints my way? Would
like to save as many plants as I can for blooming this summer.
