My lathyrus vernus (hardy mounding sweet pea) is in full flower. Hard
to find. I almost sold my supply last year before hearing I wouldn't be
able to replenish them. I've pulled them all from retail and now have
24 gallons that I'll propogate from some day.
And the bonus was finding that one of them bloomed pure soft pink.
Alas, no scent to any of them.
Certainly worth growing from seed if you can find it.
