Re: When to plant 40 perennials?

I also bought 7 boxes of the perennials.  I think because they are dormant you
can plant them anytime.  If your ground isn't frozen you can plant them now.
I would have last wkend but had plans and this wkend I am going to the Phila
Flower Show so I will plant them next wkend.  Good luck.  Lani
