Nope.  I buy rooted cuttings and we grow it from there.  I could,
perhaps (I don't beleive I'm doing this.....as if I'm not busy enough)
send you a flat of 36 plants that you could directly plant.  When I buy
them, they are extremely well rooted and hardened off.  My losses on
this plant register zero percent.  Look around first and see if you can
find it locally.
And be careful that you get this 'Hidcote Blue' because other symphytums
will grow 3 feet tall.
