Are you sure there are just two of them????  Even our two domestic bunnies
don't leave that much poop behind.

I'd say take advantage of their manure.  If you need to, compost them, but
I bet its not necessary.

And catching them....  I suggest live traps, but I've never had to do it
myself so it's just conjecture.
