Somebody already mentioned Mondara (Beebalm, Bergamot) and I second that.
The only problem with Mondara is that it is susceptible to powdery mildew.
There are several varieties that are mildew resistant. 'Marshall's
Delight' is a very popular variety, locally.
A couple of years ago, I was surprised to learn that some Hemerocallis
(Daylily) are fragrant. My sister gave me some that are yellow and smell
like citrus. Unfortunately, she didn't know the variety. (I know that's
not much help.)
Finally... How about Peony? They take some time to get established but I
think they're worth it.
