Light fixtures

A few years ago I was really into seeds. This spring my neighbor
went overboard with seeds so I lent her grow lights. Now she wants to
buy them from me. They were the usual no-name white "shop lights" from
Home Depot, a few years old but used only during late winter. Two of
them had a new pair of fluorescent bulbs (one cool and one warm).
Did anybody buy a shop light this year? How much are they new? How
much would you charge? As a gardener I feel inclined to give them away
for free, but dh thinks I ought to ask for something (and then give the
money to charity).
