Re: Donna's back!

Nancy

It's good to be back, I thought there for a min. that I might not be back,
but only for a min., then my fighting spirt kick in
speaking of ginger. I thought mine was dead even tho I mulched it really
good. so I took up the bulb/rizone and was undecided if it was dead or
not. planted it in a pot just to be on the safe side (thank goodness) and
it is now about 8 to 10 in tall, then noticed where I had dug it up, and there
are 3 spouts coming up. I planted a foxglove in the hole the ginger came
from, so now I have a ginger and a foxglove in the same hole........... do you
think that will work.
oh ! and my double red hollyhock, and my poppy, and larkspur. Nancy you
should see them. I think I have died and gone to heaven.
my daylilies have started blooming. I have 5 gardenia bushes in bloom. you
can smell them before you get to them. oakleaf hydrangea , and hydrangea,
both in bloom
all of my container plants are in bloom (annuals)

I'm having a fit to visit my local nursrey, but have to wait until my husband
has time, can't do anything without his supervision

thank to everyone for you concern and encouragement, how could I do anything ,
but get better, with friends like ya'll
