If it is really a good one and different than the other variegated vinca
out there - you could try Blooms. They have a plant introduction program
that should be investigated. www.bobna.com
Re: giving it away. Until the plant is registered, if you give it away you
don't have any control over it. In the hands of one of the ground cover
propagators, the continent could be overwhelmed with it before you even
knew it was out of your garden. :-)
