Gerry, Thanks for your help. Interestingly, Wayside is not listing Wayside
King Royale in their online catalog, but Oakes is, along with several other
good purples.

Marilyn,
My best performing dark, dark purple (I think with green throat, not sure)
is Wayside King Royale, Seems fairly vigorous, too. It was in last years
Wayside catalog (haven't looked to see if they have it this year), and I
also think Oake's carries it.
