Bill,
Tell us about that garden please. I always wondered if it belonged to the
Morashes or the TV station or if perhaps the house was a "dummy" house, a
fagade only. Did someone live there? Did they pay the TV gardeners for all
their hard work? I will be glad to see a new chef or 2 on the show,
Marian's recipes were a bit too simplistic (dull?) for me. I also found her
speaking voice to be quite irritating. Picky ain't I?
I taped the new show, but haven't viewed it yet. You folks really have my
curiosity up now, so I'm on my way to the TV/VCR :).

About 5 years ago I got a tour of the private garden where The Victory
Garden
is filmed. All the cast was present to answer questions. Roger Cook was in a
suit and tie and looked quite spiffy and wasn't crusty at all. Roger Swain
did not dress up for the occasion, but came as Roger Swain.
