If you are careful-you can move them in the spring before the stems get to be
over 10 inches tall, but one most be gentle since the stems are very week
just above the bulb.
Plant the bulbs at the right depth when replanting-5 inches or so.
Otherwise wait till the fall after the foliage dies back.
