I am glad to write to Ceres, please Ms.Plantcrone change that name. I should
have address you Ms. Plantlady. Women - unite, or something like that.
Whoever gave you that name!?
Anyway, Ceres, you are right with the montana thing. If one does prune the
plants flowering on old wood and prunes back to the ground they will have no
flowers - ever.
We have no flowers ever as we get Mother Nature to freeze them every year so
I am sorry I did not think of that issue when I said I do not prune them.
They could, of course, become quite large where they might deign to bloom
once in a while.
Here's to everyone having good Clemtis bloom this year of the warm winter.
