Yes, it is a wildflower. It seeds a lot, but doesn't appear to transplant 
easily; nobody I've given it to has had much success (lucky for them!).  It 
is approaching being a nuisance here.  Gene's did not appear to seed around. 
I once ran across another name I thought this corydalis might be, but I can't 
find the reference now and was in a rush and didn't write it down, alas.  But 
I really don't think it is lutea, although the foliage is bluish-gray.
