I think I know what plant Dee Ann wrote about, to use the juice from the
stems to soothe a rash.
This plant grows wild near the stream at my house, and has a stem which
has a lot of liquid in it. It grows a small orange slipper-like flower,
sometime in the later part of the summer.
If this is the plant, I plan to do just what Dee Ann says.
