Yes if it's warm weather you need to use damped newspaper instead of plastic
but you should use a sheet of plastic to line the box. You just want to
sprinkle water on the plants after they are wrapped like you were sprinkling
clothes to be ironed. This method is perfect for mailing ferns. This is
also the way to package your plants for treasures you bring back on an
airline when you go on trips.
