What zone are you in? Would it survive in a container situation over winter? Has anyone buried/insulated the container for the winter?

I have had many things survive and thrive in sunken pots - I try to size for growing room and no more. I have many 'baby' trees that have spent several winters in pots and more daylilies with nary a problem.
