Honestly, I don't know that I would take the chance. I haven't grown anything in that family I haven't regretted.

I don't know about 'Beaujolais', but Lysimachia atropurpurea is a strong grower in my Connecticut garden. Not as invasive as gooseneck loosestrife, but it spreads underground in the same way.
