My latest thing for the past few years has been to use Hosta in my
containers as accents.  I've had 'Lakeside Cupcake' and a some other
miniatures tucked in with Begonia and stuff, and I like the contrast.
They usually come back, too!

I've been happy with 'June' in the garden, but I might use these in
containers too.  Too many choices!  :)

My absolute favorite Hosta is still 'Stained Glass', though....

I was *really* excited to find the Geranium.  I had a decent clump in
the front of the house about twenty years ago (you can see it at

), but the trees have grown and it became too shady.  The ubiquitous
Aegopodium didn't help either, so the Geranium eventually succumbed.

Now I'll plant it in the much less crowded space by the deck and see
how that turns out!
