If the roots are through the pot bottom then repot to next size. Water to settle the roots but  go easy.  Yes, not while they are in flower.

The plants require moist soil, especially in spring when they are growing the most. You can plant this Saxifraga from seed but for faster plants, divide a mature clump. Seeds require cold stratification for germination and can take two to three years to bloom.
