Hi, Trish!
I know what you mean, because the Sunset Western Gardening book is my
bible, and it hasn't helped me to determine whether my myosotis are
scorpionides or sylvatica. The seed that I use has come from J.L.Hudson,
Thompson & Morgan, Park Seed, and others, and I have lost track of the
botanical names under which they were ordered. All I really know is that
forget-me-nots are just amazingly beautiful, and I can't imagine a garden
in our harsh climate without them. BTW, do you like the pink ones (Victoria
Rose)? I do, especially mingling with lamium 'White Nancy'!
